I’ve been selling on eBay for 7 years and silently watched as my competitors grow really big and leave me behind to compete with the new sellers who really lower down their prices.

I have been consistently a bronze power seller (used to be silver) but my business doesn’t seem to grow. I would like to find out which areas I can improve on before I am swallowed by the new sellers.

Please continue with your quality free stuff, I have already spent a ton on a lot of stuff with very little progress!

Thanks for the info. I too would be interested in the videos on the “FREE/SALE” model. I have been on eBay for quite some time, but just using it as a “garage sale”. I’m interested in developing a business where I can make some “real” money, and make my time and effort worthwhile.

You’re right, most of everything that you’ll see out there about “how to make money on eBay” is usually old rehashed-lame stuff that really doesn’t teach someone the real foundation to building a highly successful eBay business.

And you’re also right about how people sell on eBay. Most people undercut the price thinking this adds VALUE and it’s the only way to succeed. Unfortunately, this is totally wrong and will attract all the wrong customers (more on this in future posts)……

I have bought, but never sold anything on ebay and have been a member since 2003. Now that I am nearing retirement age, I have been looking at ebay guru’s that tout more or less the same “how to” information I can find on ebay’s website.

I always saw a problem of how do I compete with sellers that drop their prices so low there is no real profit and I can’t remain competitive? This problem seems to be prevasive on ebay. Your solution is of great interest to me.
