Happy Thanksgiving From Our Family To Yours!

Heather and I just wanted to take a few moments to wish YOU a very happy and safe Thanksgiving Holiday Season. And to let YOU know how much we really appreciate your interaction, support, thoughts and prayers!
There is so much to really be thankful for like family, friends, life, freedom, opportunity, entrepreneurship and so on and so on.

On another note….
I know I haven’t posted over the last several weeks and there are three reasons why:
First……
My private coaching program somehow got overbooked (we still don’t know how that happened). I usually only take on a few new clients each month and have to turn away many eBay sellers simply because I personally coach each one and I really get immensily involved with their eBay business. So therfore I keep the coaching program very limited because I’m only one person.
But somehow they all just showed up on my schedule. So I had to re-prioritize my days and make sure that each client received my full undivided attention.
Second….
I’ve been putting the finishing touches on a product that I’ve been creating over the last several months. It was scheduled to be released this month but because of my genuine passion for helping people make money on eBay and always striving to OVERdeliver “life changing value” to them - I went back into the recording studio.
You see, for the first time ever since we’ve been selling on eBay, I’m going to reveal our entire formula that we use to successfully build and launch all of our eBay businesses into the six-figure zone. The only people who have ever seen this is some of our clients who have gone through our $10,000.00 coaching program.
I’ve been so pumped up and excited to get this product done and into your hands but after viewing all the videos and listening to the audios – I wasn’t satisfied. So now the new release date is scheduled for late December (what a Christmas present!).
And Finally…..
Our entire reason for building highly profitable eBay businesses is to create us the life style that allows us the freedom of real choices. And one of those choices is to be able to invest quality time with our children anytime we want.
So we decide to take the last couple of weeks off and do nothing but veg out camping and setting up Christmas decorations with our kids. Here’s some pics…..

I’m watching your videos and I hope I’m learning what you are trying to teach. I am so totally new at this that it seems overwhelming with all the different materials to read, however I can say yours makes the most since.
I was let go from my job which I made really good money at…I was a sales person but never considered my self to be one…Meaning I knew the product inside and out and I knew every aspect of the different departments because at some point in my life I worked in them which gave me an advantage.
I understand under promise and over deliver completely, however I was able to do this with straight forward communication and following though with what was needed to get the job done.
Tell me if a buyer puts in search for an item and all these sellers come up with the same thing, what will make them click on my store if I’m selling it at a higher price?
I plan on doing the following and tell me if I’m missing something please and If I could be doing something different.
1. Free shipping
2. A 14 day return policy and I pay for the shipping for the return.
3. I will personalize each item that goes out with beautiful wrapping and a thank you card
4. always asking for referrals
5. Great customer service, by e-mailing and complete communication.
But all of the above is done over the internet with no direct contact, so what makes them come to you?
I have invested money in this that I don’t really have and I don’t just want to make a few dollars, I would like to feed my family and pay my bills and as I’m a single parent with one Daughter in college and two still at home. I really don’t want this to fail, but I’m scared to death…

First things first…..
Take a deep breath and realize that everything will be fine. You see, I’ve been where you’re currently at and what I’ve learned from being in those situations is that FEAR will paralize you and keep you from success. And we don’t want that to happen to you…
When Heather and I first started eBay – we didn’t have a home, car, money, computer, internet access or anything other than the cloths on our back.
I was scared to say the least. And because I allowed “fear” to consume me – it paralized me from making money. In other words – my mind was filled with “poverty” thoughts rather than thoughts of “prosperity” (making money).
I had 4 lives that depended on me to feed, cloth, shelter and take care of them. So I had to learn quickly how to conquer that fear.
What I did was take a deep breath and realize that the worst had already happened. And now it was time to focus all my thoughts and energy on dominating the eBay market that we were in.
I didn’t learn it all in one day – but I did learn. I didn’t make six-figures in my first month – but I did make it.
The point here is that it’s a process because there isn’t just one “magic bullet” that you can press and make it all happen.
As long as you’re learning, listing and selling – then you’re headed in the right direction.
You asked a great question……

And here’s the short version answer (only because this question is so good that it would take a video to explain the full answer)…..
The “sub-title box” is what causes them to “click thru”. It acts as a “detour sign” to slow all that traffic down, notice you and “click thru” to your auction.
And your sub-title box must answer the WIIFM (what’s in it for me) question that your market is asking with all the “BENEFITS” that “THEY” will gain.
Most eBay sellers will not use a sub-title box because they look at it as an expense rather than an investment (big mistake). And the reason why is because they aren’t making enough money to justify the cost.
Which means that they don’t have their “offer” priced profitably that will allow them to succeed or they’ve entered into the wrong market to begin with.

Thank you so much for your tutorials. I paid a lot of money for other different materials which were supposed to teach me how to increase my sales but none of them worked. I haven’t seen so much useful info in the paid materials as you are providing here for free and want to thank you for your effort and time. Please continue posting, you are giving hope to so many people!
I have tried your methods and can see that there are a lot more “watchers” on my eBay items. My sales didn’t increase yet, but it is too early to say because it’s been only 1.5 weeks since the new changes. I will try my best to update about the progress.
